Employers - Build Your Presence
Successful recruitment comes as a result of building relationships with the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus community. Employers can partner with Career Services on a variety of programs and events designed to promote your organization to USF Sarasota-Manatee students and alumni. For more information on how to participate, contact email@example.com
A forum brings together a panel of professionals to discuss a topic and includes Q &A with USF students. Topics vary from trends in a field, career paths, job success skills and more. Each panelist has five minutes to present on a subject. This is a great opportunity for panelist to connect with up and coming graduates.
Job Shadowing/Informational Interview
An Informational Interview also known as Job Shadowing is a great way for a student to explore a career related to their major. It is very helpful to students when making a career decision. This is an opportunity to meet with the professional at their worksite to discuss the rewards/challenges, trends, and the skills that make one successful in a career. Professionals find it rewarding and enjoyable to participate.
The generous support from sponsors has provided educational workshops and seminars for our students and alumni including Dress for Success, Business Etiquette Dinners and Mocktail Networking events. Company representatives are welcomed to network with USF students and alumni. For sponsorship information, please call Barbara Lewis at (941) 359-4743 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
